The GEM (Go the Extra Mile) Mentoring Programme provides sustained, relationship-based support for children from primary through secondary school. Through regular mentoring and shared experiential learning, GEM supports children in building confidence and fostering positive relationships.

GEM works closely with parents, schools and community partners to provide meaningful exposure and develop social-emotional skills, enabling them to thrive in school and beyond.                                             

Since its inception in 2023, GEM has grown from partnerships with four schools to 14 schools. The programme has continued to strengthen its mentoring approach, programme design and school partnerships, enabling more children to benefit from sustained mentoring and developmental opportunities.
