(a) Curriculum Specialists  (Contract for Service)

Work Scope

  • Evaluate and develop curriculum materials and ensure all teaching and learning materials used in CDAC’s programme are based on latest MOE syllabus
  • Observe lessons to ensure that tutors and curriculum adhere to  CDAC’s intended objectives and standard
  • Conduct training to equip tutors with relevant subject knowledge and skills to ensure effective lesson delivery
  • Design and develop programmes and materials to meet the different needs of students
  • Recommend and evaluate holiday enrichment programmes for students

Curriculum Specialists can also be engaged based on assignment/project.

(b) Cluster Supervisors (Contract for Service)

Work Scope

  • Provide supervision at a cluster of tuition locations which include CDAC Centres, school tuition centres, and CCs/RCs, to ensure smooth operation and delivery of programmes
  • Monitor tutors’/service providers’ service delivery and students’ learning and render professional assistance and advice where required
  • Implement / communicate CDAC’s directives to Centre Supervisors, tutors, parents and students
  • Evaluate tutors, service providers and Centre Supervisors’ performance


  • With passion to help students who need support in academic study
  • At least 5 years working experience as a HOD/ Vice-principal / Principal in MOE school
  • For Curriculum Specialists, preferably with curriculum development (English Language, Chinese Language, Mathematics or Science) related experience
  • For Cluster Supervisors, preferably with experience in staff/student management at both primary and secondary levels and able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking parents
  • Keeping abreast with changes in Singapore Education Landscape

(c) Executives (Community Outreach & Engagement)

Job Scope

  • Oversee and manage the operations of a CDAC Centre
  • Network with schools, VWOs and GROs on outreach, collaboration of projects and implementation of programmes
  • Work with volunteers to implement programmes at CDAC Centres.


  • At least a Diploma (local polytechnic)
  • Related experience in social, community or education-related work an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented attitude
  • Strong organising skills and ability to work independently
  • Effectively bilingual
  • Willing to work on weekends
