1. Executive (Student Education Programme)

Job Scope

  • Plan, coordinate and manage tuition, enrichment and holiday programmes
  • Work closely with tutors, service providers, volunteers and parents to manage the programme quality, and track the development and progress of students
  • Work with Cluster Supervisors and Curriculum Specialists to evaluate programmes
  • Liaise with schools, GROs, VWOs and other partners on programmes/projects
  • Organise ad-hoc projects
  • Assist with department projects/events

Candidates Requirements

  • At least a Diploma (local polytechnic) with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience will be an added advantage
  • Effectively bilingual (English & Mandarin)
  • Keen to work with seniors and volunteers
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented attitude
  • Strong organising skills with the ability to work independently

2. Executive (Community Outreach & Engagement)

Job Scope

  • Oversee and manage the operations of a Centre
  • Network with schools, VWOs and GROs on outreach, collaboration of projects and implementation of programmes
  • Work with volunteers to implement programmes at Centre
  • Liaise with other the Self-Help Groups to implement programme at Centre

Candidates Requirements

  • At least a Diploma (local polytechnic)
  • Related experience in social, community or education-related work an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented attitude
  • Strong organising skills with the ability to work independently
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese
  • Willing to work on weekends

3. Technical Executive (2-year contract)

Job Scope

  • Handle and manage daily operation and rectification of faults in HQ and all Centres. Eg. Building / M&E services
  • Investigate all defects and deficiencies based on feedback from various stakeholders
  • Attend to all service requests and perform maintenance works
  • Coordinate and liaise closely with suppliers/service providers/contractors on all service/maintenance related issues and ensure proper work procedures while adhering to SOP
  • Provide support to the supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshooting and service/maintenance
  • Plan, conduct checks and ensure all preventive maintenance are carried out according to prescribed checklists, schedules and CDAC and statutory guidelines and regulations
  • Assist the supervisor in implementing preventive and corrective maintenance programmes
  • Ensure that works are carried out as per contractual requirements
  • Management of Assets and Equipment including spare parts inventory, monitoring of stock cards for the use of consumables e.g. light tubes
  • Comply with Workplace Safety and Health policies and Environmental Management Systems (EMS)

Candidates Requirements

  • Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Independent, self-motivated individual whom is able to work under minimum supervision
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Customer service oriented mindset
