(a) Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Human Resource)

Job Scope

Supporting Manager (HR) in handling HR matters including to develop the Training Framework for staff competencies. Other job duties include:

  • as Risk Management Member cum Document Controller for Workplace Safety & Health
  • work on PDPA matters
  • roll out staff engagement wellness programme and activities
  • provide secretarial duties to Executive Director

Candidates Requirements

  • At least a Diploma (local polytechnic) with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR function especially having the experience in developing Training Framework
  • Familiar with MOM employment policies
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizing skills and ability to work independently
  • People-oriented and team player

(b) Tutors (Contract for Service)

Services Required

Provide tutoring and coaching services to students who need academic support in one or more subject(s) for Primary, Secondary or A-Levels

Qualification

  • NIE-trained; or
  • Trainee teachers; or
  • A recognized General Degree holder with at least 3 years’ tutoring experience

Requirements

  • At least 21 years old
  • Able to conduct lessons on weekdays (afternoons/evenings) and/or weekends (mornings/afternoons)
  • MOE registered
  • Good content knowledge and familiarity with latest MOE syllabuses
  • Able to conduct motivational or sports activities will be an added advantage
