Eligibility Criteria

• Chinese Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

• Monthly gross income not exceeding $2,400

  Note: The approval of the application and the type of assistance rendered will be assessed and determined on a case-by-case basis.

Application

Applicants are required to submit their application online through myCDAC portal.

Before meeting a caseworker for assessment, applicants should first submit their application through the portal. After the application is submitted, a caseworker will contact the applicant for an interview and assessment within 7 working days. Supporting documents are required.
