CDAC – SFCCA Bursary

(for eligible Primary and Secondary school students only)

The CDAC – SFCCA Bursary aims to help eligible primary, secondary and SPED school students cope with schooling expenses.

Bursary Quantum

Primary Level: $300

Secondary Level / Integrated Programme (Year 1 to 4): $480

Eligibility Criteria

Race / Nationality

The student applicant or one of the applicant’s parents must be a Chinese Singapore Citizen or Chinese Singapore Permanent Resident.

Household Income (From 2024)

The family’s gross monthly household income (before CPF Contribution) must not exceed $4,800 or the gross per capita income must not exceed $1,400.

 

School Enrolment

The student applicant must be a full-time MOE Primary, Secondary or Integrated Programme (Year 1 to 4) student, who is studying in a Government or Government-Aided School / Autonomous School / Independent / Specialised Independent School / Special Education (SPED) School.

Application

Applications for the CDAC-SFCCA Bursary 2024 are now open from 19 February to 30 April 2024.

  • Singpass account and Singpass app

  • Valid email address

  • PayNow linked to the student applicant’s NRIC / BC number

Singpass Registration

All Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) holders are eligible to apply for Singpass.

a) Click here to register for a Singpass account online.  Please ensure that your Singpass account is activated using the one-time password sent to your registered address.

b) Visit any nearest Singpass counter in person with your NRIC / FIN card.

PayNow Registration

Bursary will only be disbursed to successful student applicants via PayNow linked to the student’s NRIC / BC number. Your child must have an active bank account under his/her own name or a joint-alternate bank account with you.
