kidsREAD is a nationwide English reading programme. CDAC has been collaborating with the National Library Board to conduct the programme at our centres since 2004. It is a volunteer-driven programme which promotes the love of reading and cultivates good reading habits among all young Singaporeans, in particular children from low-income families.
