In the past 30 years, CDAC has helped to fulfil the wishes of many people. This year marks the 30th anniversary of CDAC, and we hope to help make more of your wishes come true.

​​If you were granted a wish, what would you wish for? This year, CDAC, together with 30 selected beneficiaries and volunteers will embark on a journey to fulfil their wishes. Come and make a wish according to your preferred method!

Method 1 (Through Google Forms):

Method 2 (Through WhatsApp):
1. WhatsApp your wishes to 8899 8385 according to the following format: (Only for collection of wishes)
– Name as per NRIC/FIN:
– Age:
– Contact number:
– Are you a beneficiary or volunteer:
– Which programme beneficiary/volunteer are you:
– Make your wish (Within 200 words):

Don’t forget to follow and like our Facebook and Instagram. The collection of wishes ends on 31 March 2022, at 5pm. 30 selected individuals will be notified by the end of June.
