Recruitment
Ex-beneficiaries of CDAC programmes are invited to join the B3 group. They could volunteer in various CDAC's programmes such as kidsREAD programme, Supervised Homework Group, Club Gusto and Parents Development Programme.
Orientation
Newly recruited B3 members will be invited to attend an orientation session. The orientation will provide them with an overview of CDAC and allow them to decide on their volunteering avenues.
Training & Development
B3 members will be equipped with basic and other necessary skills through relevant training. Training road map will be crafted for members who are prepared to shoulder greater responsibilities as a leader or initiator. Three-tier training will be offered to B3 members including leadership and project management courses, to enable them to organise recurring programmes, or to initiate and implement new programmes to benefit the existing beneficiaries.
Deployment
B3 members will be matched to the volunteering avenues based on their interests and personalities.
Recognition
Active B3 members stand a chance to attend a higher level of training programmes and to serve on the sub-committees. Other recognition includes get-together sessions for members to build a stronger bonding, and to attend training programmes and appreciation events organised by CDAC Volunteers and Social Services Programme.
