B³ Internship Programme (B³ IP)
B³ IP provides 3-6 months of internship for CDAC's ex-beneficiaries during the current downturn. It aims to enable the first-time job seekers as young school leavers to gain work experience in different industries. Interns who are successfully placed under the B³ IP will receive a monthly grant of $500 from CDAC to defray their transport and meal expenses.
How to take part
Interested youths could fill in the registration form and submit it together with required documents (if any) to:

Pri-ceS of Life
A project to help primary school leavers prepare for the challenges that they will encounter in their secondary school lives.
Bridging the Gap
A workshop to prepare students for a smooth transition into life after secondary school, and to impart skills and knowledge to help students manage and plan for their future.
Seminars & Camps
Discover Camp
A self-discovery and self-development camp for primary school students to develop self-awareness and self-confidence. The participants will also learn to be disciplined and persevere in the pursuit of their goals, as well as to be more prepared to face challenges and adapt to changes in future.
Crimson
"Crimson" is a 3 days 2 nights wilderness survival and challenge camp. Activities are planned to simulate a survivor rescue scenario, which the participants will live the life of the rescuers. With the skills shared by the trainers as team leaders, participants will go through this interesting navigational camp which will last for 24 hours.
Youth Xplore
A motivational and career guidance seminar targeted at Secondary Normal stream students. Participants will be made more aware of their strengths and weakness, and what might have been suitable career paths for them after attending the seminar. Through this self-discovery, participants could unleash their passion for undiscovered potential. Professionals from the various industries will be invited to share their experiences with the participants. They will provide insights and first-hand information regarding establishing one's career in the different industries. Participants will be able to gain valuable tips to help them plan for their future careers.
Sports Activities
Sports activities including rock climbing and kayaking, will be organized to impart the value of perseverance to youths.
