A financial assistance scheme for needy students to encourage them to continue with their education, and to motivate them to strive for greater achievements. Application opens in June/July.

Eligibility Criteria:

• applicant must be a Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident
• applicant is studying in Primary School, Secondary School, Institute of Technical Education, Junior College or Centralised Institute in Singapore
• applicant's monthly gross household income or per capita income must not exceed $1,000 or $300, respectively
• applicant must not be in receipt of the School Pocket Money Fund or any other bursaries or scholarships (excluding Edusave Scholarship and Merit Bursary)
