Fill in the application form carefully.

Enclose a recent passport size photograph and photocopies of the following supporting documents :

• IC (Both sides)
• 'O' Level Certificate
• 'A' Level Certificate  
• Degree Scrolls  
• NIE Certificate and official transcripts
• Letter from MOE stating your retirement or leaving employment status (if applicable) etc. 
  

Please send completed application form by post with photocopies of the supporting documents to :
