Application for Waiver of Tuition Fees

Obtain an "Application for Waiver of Tuition Fee" form from the tuition centres / CDAC Secretariat.
Supporting documents such as pay slip, medical records... etc, must be attached. Please note that application without complete supporting documents will cause a delay in processing.
Application is subject to approval.
