Who can apply?
- Applicant must be Singaporean or Permanent Resident
- Primary 4, 5 or 6 students
- Academic results : Band 3 and below
- Monthly gross per capita income: below $500
- Students must be able to attend the sessions thrice a week
Fees
- $30 a month. (Wavier would be given to families that need financial assistance)
