Since its launch in November 1999, the programme (previously known as NEU PC Programme and PC Reuse Scheme) has equipped more than 19,000 low-income families in Singapore with PCs.
Students and persons with disabilities can now apply for a new PC from the NEU PC Plus Programme at an affordable price! Exclusively available to low-income families and families with a disabled member.
How Does the Programme Work?

The NEU PC Plus packages are made really affordable with the support from IDA and many of its partners. Applicants will only need to pay a nominal sum of $285* for a Desktop Package or $730* for a Laptop Package.

*An administration fee is chargeable for every application.
