Those with primary or secondary education, maximum GCE "O" level qualifications

Those whose personal monthly gross income does not exceed $1700; or whose monthly gross household income does not exceed $2700; or per capita income not exceeding $700. All applications are subjected to CDAC's approval. CDAC's decision will be final. |
