INTRODUCTION

This course aims to equip workers in the Food & Beverage industry and new entrants with a variety of knowledge and skills relevant to the industry. Participants will learn standard operational procedures and practices through extensive hands-on training.

Full Day (9am – 6pm)

Trainees are required to attend a 2-hour assessment at the end of each module.

Award holders must achieve 100% attendance and sit for all assessments.  Those who failed to do so would have to refund the sponsored amount to CDAC.
