INTRODUCTION

This course aims to equip workers in the Food & Beverage industry and new entrants with a variety of knowledge and skills relevant to the industry. Participants will learn standard operational procedures and practices through extensive hands-on training.

2.	Interact with Guest	- Maintain professional appearance and hygiene - Demonstrate & convey positive attitude & behaviour to guests - Resolve & report problems
3.	Maintain Food & Beverage Service Environment	- Clear, wipe and reset tables - Maintain cleanliness of carpets/floors - Monitor food service areas - Perform closing duties
4.	Maintain Safe & Secure Working Environment	- Use equipment safely - Follow directions for handling hazardous materials
5.	Perform Hosting Duties	- Handle enquiries and reservations - Handle guest arrivals and departures
6.	Prepare For Service	- Prepare outlet set-up for service
7.	Process Payments	- Payment procedures

Full Day (9am – 6pm)

Trainees are required to attend a 2-hour assessment at the end of each module.
