OBJECTIVES

To impart
knowledge and skills in identifying and anticipating problems; generating and
evaluating alternative solutions; and making and taking responsibility for
decisions. |

COURSE CONTENT |
- Anticipate
and detect potential problem areas in an organisation - Verify and
segregate pertinent information relating to the problem to derive an exact
understanding of the situation - Recognise
and assess standard operating procedures, norms and deviations of processes
in an organisation - Facilitate creativity
by brainstorming many solutions to a problem - Select most suitable of
several solutions through convergent thinking - Make decisions in
problem solving by selecting a preferred solution - Take ownership of the
decision by implementing and communicating the action plan |

METHODOLOGY |
This workshop comprises individual
exercise, group discussion and presentation, case study, role play and post
training test. |

the training course |
