INTRODUCTION

This course equips participants with the concepts of Human Resource Management. It is suitable for anyone interested in acquiring skills in formulating and implementing human resource policies.

ENTRY REQUIREMENT

Applicant must be gainfully employed throughout the course, meeting one of the following entry requirements:

 

·       5 GCE 'O' levels including a pass in English/

     Higher NITEC in Business Accounting/

     Administration (formerly CBS) with one year of

     working experience; or

·        3 GCE 'O' levels including a pass in English/     NITEC in Office Skills (formerly COS) / PSB Cert in Business Administration with three years of working experience

Applicants who do not meet the above requirements may also apply, but will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

 

PSB Academy reserves the final right to determine the admission to the programme.

 

COURSE SCHEDULE

Course duration 300 hours (approx. 10 months)

 

Lessons conducted thrice a week on weekday evenings,  7pm-10pm and Saturdays 2pm-5pm

Award holders must achieve at least 80% attendance and sit for all exams. Those who failed to do so would have to refund the sponsored fee ($4322). Award holders who default training shall be liable to CDAC/PSB Academy.

 

Trainees must bear the cost of course materials, administration and any other miscellaneous fees charged by the training provider.
