ICT SKILLS AND WORKPLACE ICT APPLICATIONS (OPERATIONS)
INTRODUCTION
|
The Basic ICT Skills course will cover on how to
identify the basic ICT tools and equipment, the basic skills in using
computer and business machines, as well as the proper use of ICT tools. The Workplace ICT Applications
(Operations) course teaches how to use a range of ICT applications commonly
used at the workplace, use of the Internet, computer and communication tools
at the workplace. |

ASSESSMENT |
At the end of the course
trainees are required to take an assessment test. Successful completion of the course,
trainees will obtain a Statement of Attainment (SOA) from Workplace
Development Agency (WDA) |

COURSE SCHEDULE |
Both courses are 24 hours in duration Lessons are held twice a week
on weekday evenings; or once a week on weekend. |

CDAC SKILLS TRAINING AWARD SCHEME
Award holders must achieve at
least 75% attendance and sit for assessment. Those who failed to do so would
have to refund the CDAC $359 for the course fees. |
