"Career Development is your own responsibility, not employer". Career development is just like a car and you are the driver. You decide where you would want to go. Individual development plan (career plan) is like your road map. It guides you along the way.

In this talk, several tools will be introduced to help one to develop his own career plan - his road map. With all these tools and concepts, one can create his own long-term career plan based on his strengths and weaknesses, implement it, review and update it periodically, and put it into action again.

Want to find out more about career planning?
